Dr. Baranski received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University with a triple major in American History, Psychology and Philosophy. He received his Master of Arts in Philosophy from Michigan State University with emphasis in applied ethics and value theory.

Dr. Baranski has taught philosophy and paralegal courses at Jackson College and law courses at the Western University Cooley Law School for over 15 years. Dr. Baranski is also the author of the the Small Claims Court in Michigan book available for free on this site under the AEB Legal Clinic tab.
Dr. Baranski developed the curriculum and wrote the text for Adoption Law and Procedure, and Law Office Management for Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
Dr. Baranski began a free Legal Clinic, named after the inspiration, Angela Elain Baranski Free Legal Clinic in 2017 where he donates his time to assist those in need of legal services.
Dr. Baranski has worked as a city attorney prosecuting criminal cases as well as working as a criminal defense attorney. As the senior attorney on staff, with over 37 years of experience, Dr. Baranski's experience includes jury trials with the District Court, Circuit Court, Probate Court and Juvenile Court.
In Dr. Baranski's free time he spends his time with his wife Angela, reading, swimming, and watching movies. He also is a big Michigan State football fan.
Mr. Koehler graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance Degree. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Drake University Law School. With almost 30 years of experience, Mr. Koehler counsels and represents clients in connection with transactions, negotiation and litigation involving: real estate purchase and sale, property line disputes, leasing transactions and disputes, business disputes, and construction contracts and defects.
Mr. Koehler has been involved in significant real estate and financing transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties, construction lending, mortgage lending, property management agreements, refinancing and development. Mr. Koehler has handled environmental matters with properties located in Oregon, Texas, New Jersey, Florida, Tennessee, and California.
When he is not representing clients, Mr. Koehler enjoys golfing, fishing and just spending time with his family.
Samiha graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and double minors in Political Science and Sociology.
She then began her career as a Client Relationship Manager in the Investment Banking Division of Fortune 500 companies in New York City's Financial District.

Mr. Vaughn K. Stecker, a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, further advanced his legal education at the University of Detroit School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor. Following his admission to the Michigan Bar in November 1987, Mr. Stecker embarked on a distinguished legal career, primarily focusing in criminal prosecution.
With more than 30 years as an attorney, Mr. Stecker has held several key positions. His roles have included Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Kalamazoo and Branch Counties, and then, as the Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Branch County. His work has been predominantly centered around criminal and civil cases.
Mr. Stecker also previously served as Michigan’s Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor, where he was pivotal in reforming Michigan's approach to drunk/drugged driving prosecution. His expertise made him a sought-after speaker and consultant, especially in the area of intoxicated driving and vehicular homicides.
Mr. Stecker is an experienced trial attorney with a focus in the following areas; Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Crashes, Wrongful Death, Clergy Abuse, Civil Litigation, Representing Victims of Drunk Driving, Camp Lejeune Justice Act 2022, and Marijuana Laws.
Away from his professional responsibilities, Mr. Stecker enjoys golfing, river tubing, traveling, and spending time with family.

Lauren Davis is currently a junior at Michigan State University majoring in both Neuroscience with a concentration in Behavioral and Systems and Psychology in Integrative Studies in Biological and Physical Sciences. Lauren plans on studying neurolaw and or neurocriminology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the beach or playing with her cat Mango.
David is a senior at Michigan State University majoring in Humanities Pre-law. After graduating from law school, he hopes to one day pursue a career in corporate law and sports entertainment law. In his free time, he enjoys reading, listening to music and exercising at the gym.
Ms. David is a senior at Michigan State University majoring in Human Development and family studies while concentrating in pre-medical. While minoring in social work. Ms. David has always been fond of law and enjoys medical and criminal law. In her free time you can find Ms. David cooking, going on walks and watching sunsets.
